How to Plant

Brassicas Plus will perform best in a well prepared seed bed. Work the soil until it is clump free and level with a drag. You can plant this blend with a hand seeder. Do not plant deeper than ΒΌ inch. To cover the seed use a cultipacker or a light drag. For best results have soil tested at your local co-op and apply the recommended amount of lime and fertilizer. If a soil test is not done, apply 1 ton of Lime per acre and 250 lbs. of 13-13-13 fertilizer.

When to Plant

Brassicas Plus should be planted 30 to 45 days before the first frost in any of the planting zones. This is a hardy blend and it will grow in drier conditions compared to other common fall food plot crops. Brassicas Plus requires some soil moisture for growth.
